The Brain Booster (148 Calories)

  • 3 unpeeled carrots (cut in pieces)

  • 1 unpeeled apple (cut into pieces)

  • 6-8 chopped spinach leaves

  • 1/2 unpeeled beetroot (cut into pieces)

  • crushed ice.

Use either a juicer or a blender. Juice all the ingredients and then serve them with the crushed ice; or mix all the ingredients with water, strain the juice and serve with crushed ice as well.
